Creating A More Flexible World

Filatex, heat resistant latex rubber threads, is designed to cater to different industries including garment and allied industries. The basic material used for the production of heat resistant latex rubber threads is natural latex, which is collected in cups from rubber trees. The manufacturing process starts from the centrifugation of natural latex to obtain centrifugal latex (DRC 60%). The centrifugal latex is then fed to compounding tank for processing. To extrude HRLRT of desired dimension, the compounded latex is passed through glass capillary tubes. Then, it is passed over a conveyor belt for dying. In the final step, these threads undergo vulcanization. From the very first step to the final, we are very keen to ensure high quality and thereby deliver heat resistant latex threads of international quality standards.

Oeko-Tex® Standard 100

M/s: Hohenstein Textile Testing Institute GmbH & Co. KG, Institute of the International Association for Research and Testing in the Field of Textile Ecology, granted authorization according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 to use the Oeko-Tex mark for our product, Latex rubber threads. The results of the inspection made according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, product class I, have shown that our products meet with the human-ecological requirements of the standard presently established for baby articles.
